SAHRR Round 5 - Quarter Square Log Cabin blocks

This week's prompt for the Stay at Home Round Robin was Quarter Square Log Cabin blocks.  I decided to make just four of them and use them as cornerstones for the final round, whatever that is going to be!

I used green, yellow, light purple, pink and dark purple.  I cut my strips at 1 1/2 inches to get a block that's 5 inches finished.  This will make the quilt finish at 60 inches.

I really like them; they look like little rainbows!  I am curious to see what the final round will be, and how I'll be able to incorporate these little blocks.  It could be a challenge, but that's what it's all about, right?

This is so pretty, Pamela! Lots of people are using the log cabin blocks in the corners; it's always fun to see what patterns emerge in the various rounds.
