All that home improvement kept me too busy to post my Island Batik unboxing here. I did share it on Facebook, but want to give you a good look at all the great fabric I received! I was sent all of these goodies as part of the Island Batik Ambassador program - I'm blown away by the generosity!
Here are pictures of the contents of my boxes and details about the contents:
Ravishing Red and Playful Purple precuts from the Island Batik basics. Love them!
A colorful selection of foundations: basics, blenders, and solids! Gorgeous!
Beautiful precut and coordinates. Mint and Turtle are the yardage and they look great with the Natural Healing collection. This is a signature collection for Kari Nichols and designed by Kathy Engle. This is currently available in precuts in quilt shops!
A beautiful Park Avenue half yard bundle! Designed by Claudia Pfiel, such gorgeous colors! I got 2 yards of celery and 2 yards of Ocean to go with this - it will be used for the September blog hop which is a paper piecing challenge - I've got an idea simmering in my brain for this one!
Six yards of Donut for my neutral! Very cozy and warm looking!
Surprise bundle! These coordinate with the fabric I get to use in the bundle below!
The Patterns by Annie challenge! Can't wait to make this fun organizer for my sewing room!
A generous supply of batting from Hobbs! Some of my favorites - wool batting, natural cotton, lightweight Thermore batting, and a wool cotton blend! Yahoo!
Some fun threads from Aurifil. Two spools of 50 weight in black and pink. A wooden spool of 80 weight and floss, and some monofilament - which I didn't know Aurifil had!
And from Accuquilt, the North Carolina Star Block on Board Die! This will be so much fun to make a project with!
I can't wait to dig into all this goodness and start making my projects!
