Island Batik Lone Star Blog Hop

Time for the final Island Batik Ambassador Blog Hop of the year!  I can't wait to see the quilts!

Each of the Ambassadors was provided with a beautiful bundle of fabric and were asked to create a Lone Star quillt!  We will be making our quilts with batiks from the latest Island Batik collections that will start shipping to your favorite fabric shops in January. We will also be using products from our sponsors – AccuQuilt, Aurifil, Hobbs Batting, Schmetz Needles, Deb Tucker’s Studio 180 Design and Prairie Spirit Alpacas.  I can't wait to see what everyone makes!

Here is the schedule for this week:

My very first quilt that I made was a Log Cabin Heart wall hanging. the very first quilt I received was the baby quilt my paternal grandmother made me. It was was a Sunbonnet Sue quilt and completely done by hand.
