Today is my day to show off the project I made for the Songbird Blog Hop. I've been wanting to update my Daisy Garland pattern with a new cover, so this was the perfect project!
I'm so pleased with the result! Songbird is a beautiful collection - Jennifer of Curlicue Creations was really fortunate to work with this as a signature collection!
I chose some of my favorites for my Daisy Garland quilt - the border is so cute! Here is a look at the whole collection so you can see what I mean! Check out the cute little birds featured in many of the fabrics.
When I hung my quilt on the back fence for pictures, I also realized that the colors in my hydrangea went perfectly as well! They are on the tail end of the season, but I still think they are lovely!
It was a good thing that I chose a quick quilt to make because of our trip earlier this month - I knew I would have plenty of time to make my project and have it ready for the blog hop, though. This really is a project you can finish in a weekend or so.

Oh, so pretty! I love the hydrangeas, too…I can’t grow them here in N Florida..summers are too brutal. I love your pattern and that fabric line is lovely!
