Island Batik Row by Row Blog Hop Starts Today!

It's time for our first blog hop of 2022!  Our challenge as Island Batik Ambassadors was to show off the Fall 2021 line we received by using it in a Row by Row quilt.  Fun!

Row quilts are fun to make, they are often made in a group of friends, or as a month by month design but it's also fun to do one on your own, using your favorite blocks in rows to make a quilt that incorporates different blocks, set in rows.  I'm sure that you'll find lots of inspiration in our blog hop as each ambassador interprets the them using the fabulous 2021 Fall lines that are just now arriving in shops!  Not only will you find inspiration, but you will also find great giveaways, not only from some of the Ambassadors, but from Island Batik themselves!  For example this week, you can win one of these wonderful prizes:

So pretty!  You can enter to win using this rafflecopter widget:

Quilt patterns and fabric are my inspiration....even seeing someone's beautiful quilt often inspires me to "copy" the pattern with my own style and changes. These fabrics are beyond gorgeous!

Beautiful fabric inspires my creativity - I love imagining what the finished project will look like and then creating what I envision.

I grew up sitting by my mom and piecing quilt tops. I won 1st place in the 4-H craft show in 8th grade with my own quilt top. My mom loved making quilts even when she lost most of her vision. I love it too!
