For a 3 inch block, cut two 1 7/8 squares (cut in half
diagonally) and one 1 ½ square of blue.
Cut two 1 7/8 (cut in half diagonally) and four 1 ½ inch squares of
background fabric.
For a 6 inch block, cut two 2 7/8 squares (cut in half
diagonally) and one 2 ½ square of blue.
Cut two 2 7/8 (cut in half diagonally) and four 2 ½ inch squares of
background fabric.
Sew your blue/white half square triangle units, then turn the triangles with the corners in toward the center square and sew them together!
