June Mini Madness - Block 10 Friendship Star

Woohoo!  Block 10 means we are 1/3 of the way through our project!  Is it just me or is this month flying by?
Let's get down to business and get this block in the books.  We'll be moving on down to smaller units, this block is made with 1 inch finished triangles!  Here are the instructions:

For 3 inch block, cut two 1 7/8 inch squares (cut in half diagonally) and one 1 ½ inch square of red, two 1 7/8 inch squares (cut in half diagonally) and four 1 ½ squares of background.

For 6 inch block, cut two 2 7/8 inch squares (cut in half diagonally) and one 2 ½ inch square of red, two 2 7/8 inch squares (cut in half diagonally) and four 2 ½ squares of background.

Sew triangles together in red/white pairs (1 ½ inches for 3 inch and 2 ½ inches for 6 inch) and trim dog ears.  Arrange with solid squares as illustrated to make a Friendship Star Block.

Make sure you keep those triangles swirling the right direction!
So cute! Thanks for playing along with me, friends!
