Time for a Getaway (Blog Hop, that is!)

Are you all ready for a Getaway?  Seems like dreary cold and wet January is the time we all long for a tropical vacation.  While I can't fly you off to a nice beach vacation, I can invite you to join all of the Island Batik Ambassadors on a month long blog hop looking at the beautiful fabrics that are available now at your local quilt shops and online retailers!  Island Batik's tagline is "The Best from Bali" so these fabrics really are almost as nice as a visit to the tropics.

When I was in Junior High I chose Tour Guide as my future occupation on Career Day, so I guess this is my chance to fulfill that dream!  On our trip we'll be visiting many places, so you'd better pack light and be ready for anything.  Luckily you won't need to bring your passport, and don't have to worry about lines or transportation, this is a real first class expedition!  Do be prepared for jaw dropping views, and lots of excitement as we travel the world and see lots of inspiring projects! 

Here is the full itinerary for our little "staycation".  Make sure you visit each stop for a look at a project using the featured fabrics for each day.  There are also giveaways from the Ambassadors, so make sure you enter those as well - everyone needs a souvenir from their trip, right?
