Good Fortune progress - week 2

This week I've been stepping up my efforts since I didn't finish the four-patches for the first clue.  I've been allotting an hour or so first thing each day to sew on my Mystery projects...yes - I did decide to go for the finish on Celtic Solstice as well!

Chevrons are under way...these are a bit finicky and tricky to sew, so I will be very glad to finish this step.  I'm a little over halfway done today - woohoo!

And I'm a bit over halfway done with the half square triangles for Good Fortune as well!  I am loving the Essential Triangle tool - my units come out the perfect size and there is only one dog ear to trim, can't beat that.
My basket is a bit jumbled right now, but I'll straighten it out when all these are sewn and put in a baggie to keep them safe!.

Linking up with Bonnie's Mystery Monday - I'm really enjoying seeing everyone's progress each week!

Sorry, I haven't been following your blog closely. Are the chevrons for Celtic Solstice? Good job getting it done!

I think I need to look up this tool you speak of.

Wow I had a hard time keeping up with last year's mystery. Good for you for being able to work on two!
