On the Road again!

 We are off on another adventure, traveling around the western US states!  We’ll be basically making a circle around Utah and Nevada, visiting some new places and some old familiar spots.  I’m really anticipating seeing some of the new sights!  Hopefully I can keep up with some blogging as we go, anyway, I’ll try!

This was my project last week - we are delivering this loveseat and a chair to our youngest daughter in Colorado.  My husband had stripped off the old upholstery, so all I had to do was reupholster it in this yummy pink crushed velvet!  It was a bit of a process, but I got it done!  I will definitely upgrade to a powered staple gun for the next project I undertake - that’s for sure. My hand is so sore from all the squeezing of the trigger!

Here is the chair. We have the loaded in the back of our truck, and they will be delivered next week when we get to Colorado! We are excited to have a cleared out garage again, and she will be happy with her new furniture!

Unfortunately, my cell phone camera is having issues, so I’m not sure about being able to post pictures - I didn’t bring my laptop, and I don’t think I can get my camera pictures to my iPad.  Anyway, we are visiting daughter number 4 and her family in Washington and will be heading to Spokane tomorrow.  I’ve got my next Hometown Nostalgia post ready to go, and we’ll see how the next few weeks go - wish me luck!
